Angela Lynn Blair, 71, of Richmond, formerly of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.

Angela was born on March 6, 1955, in Livingston County, the daughter of Ronald L. and Ilene D. (Batson) Williams. She was united in marriage to David Blair of Carrollton; he preceded her in death in 2018.

Survivors include: son, Donald Adkison; niece, Kim Adkison; special friend, Michele Kist; many other friends and extended family also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Angela was raised and educated in the area of her birth. Over the years, she worked as an LPN at several area nursing homes including in Carrollton, Chillicothe, and Shirkey’s in Richmond. She was a fiery, sassy kind of soul who was very blunt, but the first to lend a hand when help was needed.
