Bennett Oliver Waters, the anxiously awaited for infant son of Michael and Colette Waters of Olathe, KS, passed due to unexpected complications on October 19, 2018 at Saint Luke's Hospital South in Overland Park, Kansas. Bennett's name means "blessed" and his short life was indeed a blessing. He is loved dearly and will be missed always.

Paternal grandparents are Tom and Karla Waters of Orrick, maternal grandparents are Alan and Lorie Battagler of Orrick, paternal great-grandparents are Linda Waters of Orrick, Burleigh and Doris Wheeler of Osceola and maternal great-grandparents are Raymond and Sherry Allen of Richmond.  Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

He was preceded in death by two miscarried siblings, his great-grandfather Mike Waters, and his maternal great-grandparents C.W. and Wilma Battagler.
