BILLY WAYNE COVEY

Billy Wayne Covey, 70, of Richmond, MO died Thursday, November 20, 2014 at his home.

Billy was born on December 22, 1943 in Richmond to Billy Gene and Elsie Elizabeth (McGaugh) Covey. Billy was married to Josephine Stevens of Richmond for 22 years.

Survivors include 4 sons, Billy D. Covey of Excelsior Springs, MO, Randy G. Covey of Excelsior Springs, MO, Ricky L. Covey of Richmond and Edward W. Covey of Richmond; one daughter and son-in-law, JoAnne and James Judd of Richmond; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Glenda M "Phoebe" Stevens of Hasty, AR and Judy A. and Calvin Bolin of Hasty, AR; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and step-father, Max Fowler of Hasty, AR.

In addition to his mother and father, Billy was preceded in death by one daughter, Elsie E. O'Donell.

Billy was self-employed as a drywall finisher. He had lived in Richmond most of his life. He was of the Baptist faith.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Donor's choice.
