BONNIE E. LAWSON MCWILLIAMS
Bonnie E. Lawson McWilliams, 69, of Camden, MO died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at North Kansas City Hospital in North Kansas City, MO.
Bonnie was born on January 7, 1945 in Kansas City, MO to James S. and Lena (Purdue) Ruddicks. She first married Jerry Lawson of Hardin, MO on December 26, 1964; he preceded her in death on September 26, 2008; she later married Eugene McWilliams of Bogard, MO on December 22, 2007; he survives of the home.
Additional survivors include 2 sons and daughters-in-law, James and Dana Lawson of Northport, AL and Tim and Michele Lawson of Richmond, MO; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and Shawn McIntosh of Buckner, MO and Malinda and Ricky Goodwin of Rayville, MO; one brother, Billy Ruddicks of St. Joseph, MO; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; two step-sons and daughters-in-law, Marvyn Lawson of South Bloomfield, OH and Dwayne and Coletta McWilliams of Bogard, MO; two step-daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda Lawson and Lisa and Bob Hammons of Warrensburg, MO.
In addition to her parents and first husband, Bonnie was preceded in death by three brothers, Larry Ruddicks, Dean Ruddicks and Melvin Ruddicks; two sisters, Joann Keele and Pauline Jones; one grandchild, Starlynne Lawson; and one great-grandchild, Danica.
Bonnie worked at Henkel for 22 years before retiring as an I. C. Associate in 2008. She was of the Christian Faith. She had lived in Ray County most of her life. Bonnie loved fishing, crocheting, gardening and canning.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Donor's Choice.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond, MO. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in the Black Oak Cemetery southwest of Braymer, MO.
