Obituary

Bradley Glenn Schreier went to his heavenly home at 1:22 P.M. on Thursday, February 9, 2021, after completing his journey with glioblastoma for 23 months.

Brad lived his life to the fullest and granting us with his sweet spirit for thirty-four years, nine months, and twenty-five days.

Bradley was a precious gift, born to David Alan and Diana Lynn (Dunwoodie) Schreier on April 15, 1986, in Richmond, Missouri.  He joined an older brother, Justin.  Bradley graduated with the class of 2006 from Richmond High School.

During high school, he began working as an official employee with Ideal Industries and continued this career for the next fifteen years.  He loved working and staying busy and would always say, "I've got work to do."  He enjoyed his time with Ideal Industries and loved all his coworkers.

Bradley was one of a kind and could easily charm anyone he met.  He never met a stranger and naturally had a gift to gab.  Brad was always eager and willing to help and no matter what was required.  He had the ability to make anyone happy with that infectious smile and laughter.  Bradley loved everything about life, except for ice cream, snakes, and sadness.  He absolutely loved to drive and if it had wheels, he would figure it out, especially lawnmowers.  His favorite holiday was Christmas.  He loved feeding the birds and squirrels, he loved snagging for spoonbill and hunting for mushrooms.  He loved Gummy Lifesavers, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Dr. Pepper, and Sweet Tea with no ice from Quik Trip; he would call his mom on her bus route and say, "mama, can you get me a sweet tea, no ice, from Twik Twip?"

Brad loved the moon to the end, and oh, how he loved to sing and dance, especially to "Achy Breaky Heart" and "I've Got Friends in Low Places."  He never liked sadness or seeing people hurting or mad.  He especially liked going to work with his dad to the construction site and would always say, "I'm watching you like a hawk, daddy."

Survivors include his parents of Camden; brother, Justin (Jody) Schreier of Orrick; maternal grandmother, Beverly Dunwoodie of Richmond; nieces and nephews, Jadelynn, Colt Bradley, Chase, and Madilyne Schreier; step-nieces and nephews, Brady and Izzy Wheeler; aunt, Debbie (Jim) Evert of Richmond; uncles, Bill (Janice) Dunwoodie of Rayville, Bob Dunwoodie of Richmond, Dale (Natalie) Dunwoodie of Utah, and Arnie (Rhonda) Schreier of Smithville; several cousins, especially, Danny Eaton of Lexington; all his friends and coworkers at Ideal Industries, the Ray County Board of Services staff, and his beloved cat, Marigold.

He was greeted in heaven by his paternal grandparents, Arnold and Martha Schreier, maternal grandfather, Glenn Dunwoodie, uncle, David Dunwoodie, aunt, Joy Dunwoodie, and later he greeted his nephew, Bryce Wheeler.

Anyone that knew or met Bradley got to be a part of his amazing spirit that lives on in those he loved.  "Brad" lived life to the fullest.  Family and friends were the most important to him and he will truly be missed by all his family and friends.  #BradleyStrong
