CHARLENE ELIZABETH MOYER

Charlene Elizabeth Moyer, 80, of Richmond, MO died Saturday, June 4, 2016 at North Care Hospice House in North Kansas City, MO.

Charlene was born on October 18, 1935 in Orrick, MO to Everett and Martha (Campbell) Miller. She married Stanley Allen Moyer, Sr. of Richmond on November 25, 2003. He survives of the home.

Additional survivors include, three sons and two daughters-in-law, David Kilgore of Richmond, Kenny and Vickie Kilgore of Excelsior Springs, MO and Mark and Brenda Kilgore of Orrick, MO; one daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Glenn Morris of Grain Valley, MO; one brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Cheryl Miller of Cheraw, SC; one sister, Linda Gordon of Lexington, MO; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nephews; three stepsons; and one step-daughter.

In addition to her parents, Charlene was preceded by one son, Leonard Kilgore who died in infancy; and one sister, Sue Walker.

Charlene was an insurance supervisor at North Kansas City Hospital for 37 years before retiring in 1994. She was lifetime member of the Church of Christ. She lived in the Orrick and Richmond area's most of her life. Charlene's passion in life was God, her family, birds and flowers.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Church of Christ.

Memorial graveside service will be Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Huntsville City Cemetery in Huntsville, MO. Online condolences maybe left on our website at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com
