CHARLES EDWARD "CHARLIE" SEEK

Charles Edward "Charlie" Seek, 83, of Richmond, MO died Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at his home.

Charlie was born on April 26, 1932 in Richmond to Milo Samuel and Viola (Leach) Seek. He married Margaret Lee White of Hodge, MO on January 22, 1965. She preceded him in death on June 17, 2014.

Survivors include, two sons and one daughter-in-law, Steven Lee and Sheila Renee Seek of Richmond and Ricky Duane Seek of Rayville; one daughter, Teresa Ann Seek of Richmond; one brother, Kenneth Seek of Bloomington, IN; three sisters and three brothers-in-law, Marie and Matt Kyle of Pleasant Hill, MO, Betty and Clyde Borchers of Grandview, MO and Wanda and Rick Juan of TX; 5 grandchildren, Nathan Seek, Justin Seek, Elisha Harrison, Riley Seek and Shelby Seek; and 6 great-grandchildren also survive.

In addition to his parents and wife, Charlie was preceded in death by one sister, Vivian; and three brothers, Wilford Seek, John Seek and Raymond Seek.

Charlie worked in the Maintenance Department at Wal-Mart in Richmond for over 20 years. He also worked at Arnolds Lawn & Garden in Raytown, MO, Ray County Implement in Richmond and for Goosetree Hauling in Lexington. Charlie was one of the Co-Founder and Treasure of the Richmond Christian Chapel. He was a member of the Richmond Assembly of God Church. Charlie lived in Richmond most of his life.

The family suggests memorial contributions be to the Richmond Assembly of God Church.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Richmond Assembly of God Church. Visitation will be Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Richmond Memory Gardens Cemetery.
