CLETA MAE ALLRED

Cleta Mae Allred, 84, of Richmond, MO died Friday, May 30, 2014 at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.
Cleta was born on October 12, 1929 in Knoxville, MO to Verdice C. and Leona M. (Judd) Richardson. She married Walter W. Allred on April 17, 1946; he preceded her in death on November 10, 2013.
Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Daniel L. Allred of Richmond and Charles E. and Pearl Allred of Richmond; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary J. and Arnold Ryun of Deepwater, MO; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents and husband, Cleta was preceded in death by four brothers, Charles L. Richardson, Verdice W. Richardson, Glennie A. Richardson, Donald G. Richardson; one sister, Colene E. Wilson; one grandson, Christopher Keith Ryun; one great-granddaughter, Kaylynn Dowdle; and one step-granddaughter, Samantha Gates.
Cleta was a homemaker. She was of the Christian faith. Cleta lived in Richmond and Henrietta area most of her life.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Monday, June 2, 2014 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in the Hickory Grove Cemetery northeast of Richmond.
