DAVID LEE NICHOLS
David Lee Nichols, 60, of Henrietta, Mo, died on Friday, October 28, 2016 at the St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.
David was born on May 22, 1956 in Lexington, Mo to John and Delores (Goodwin) Jett. He married Donna Jenicke of Richmond, Mo on September of 1988. She preceded him in death on October of 2002.
Survivors include; 1 daughter, Sheri Jenicke of Gladstone, Mo, 2 brothers, Dan Shockley of Henrietta, Mo, Jason Jett of Paducah, Ky, 2 sisters, Sheryl Nichols of Peducah, Ky, Donna Stobel of Overland Park, Ks, 1 step-son, Jason Jenicke of Dickinson, ND and 1 step-daughter, Vanessa Finley of Blue Springs, Mo. Six grandchildren also survive.
David was an assembler for the Henkel Corporation. He also worked at Vairform in Kearney, Mo. David loved to watch movies. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a huge fan of NASCAR racing, Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. He was of the Christian faith. He had lived in the Richmond area most of his life.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the David Lee Nichols memorial fund.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Richmond Memory Gardens Cemetery. Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, Mo is in charge of the arrangements. On line condolences may be left on our website at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com.
