DEAN WALL LETHOLT

Dean Wall Letholt, 81, of Richmond, MO died Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the North Care Hospice House in North Kansas City, MO.

Dean was born on August 10, 1933 in Ray County, MO to Charles Thomas and Alma Lee (Trego) Letholt. He married Wanda May Reynolds of Richmond on April 17, 1960. She preceded him in death on February 16, 2000.

Survivors include two sons and two daughters-in-law, Dennis and Sheila Hisle of Orrick, MO and Jeff and Brenda Hisle of Stet, MO; one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Kenny Roberson of Richmond; 6 grandchildren and their spouses, Heath and Mandy Floyd, Erin and Nathan Mulch, Jeremy Hisle, Chris and Jessica Roberson and Joshua Roberson; and 6 great-grandchildren, Tatum Floyd, Parker Floyd, Brody Mulch, Corbin Mulch, Gabe Roberson and Beau Roberson.

In addition to his parents and wife, Dean was preceded in death by one brother who died in infancy; and one sister, Izora Yandle.

Dean was a farmer. He worked for the Missouri State Highway Department before retiring in 1995. He was an Army Veteran. He was a member of the Richmond American Legion Post #237. He was of the Christian faith. Dean had lived in Stet and Hardin before moving to Richmond in 1999.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 19, 2015 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Inurnment will be at a later date. On line condolences may be left on our website at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com
