DIANA LEE ADAMS
Diana Lee Adams, age 61, of Richmond, MO, died Friday, November 8, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Diana was born on February 20, 1952 in Trenton, MO to Darrell "Jack" and Dorothy Mildred (Elder) Gibson. She married Charles David Adams of Gilman City, MO on May 23, 1970. He survives of the home.
Additional survivors include; her father, Darrell "Jack" Gibson of Henrietta, MO, 1 son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Shannon Adams of Richmond, MO, 2 daughters and 2 sons-in-law, Heather and Mark Inmon of Liberty, MO, Amanda and Dustin Nolting of Tipton, MO, 1 sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Kent Miller of Excelsior Springs, MO and 7 grandchildren, Canaan and Bristen Adams, Noah, Shelby and Parker Inmon, Gavan and Leighla Nolting.
In addition to her mother, Diana was preceded in death by 1 grandchild, Brayden Lee Adams.
Diana was the Assistant Finance Director for the city of Liberty for fourteen years. She also was the Finance Director for the city of Richmond for 10 years. She worked for Rader's Clothing Store in Richmond. She was a 1970 graduate of Harrison County R IV in Gilman City, MO, where she was the class salutatorian. She was a member of G.F.O.A. She was of the Christian faith. Diana had lived in Gilman City, before moving to Richmond in 1972.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.


Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in Richmond Memory Gardens Cemetery.
