DONALD EUGENE "DONNIE" SHARP

Donald Eugene "Donnie" Sharp, 57, of Richmond, MO died Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond.

Donnie was born on January 3, 1958 in Richmond to Howard and Emma Blanche (Travillion) Sharp. He married Lois F. Pratt of North Kansas City, MO on November 17, 1978. She survives of the home.

Additional survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Jennifer and Ronald King of Rayville, MO and Kimberly Stevens of Henrietta, MO; one brother, John Sharp of Richmond; 3 grandchildren, Brenden Stevens, Sabrina Clark and Lace Clark; and 4 step-grandchildren, Kelly Carter, Makayla Carter, Ryan Carter and Bryan Carter.

Donnie was preceded in death by his parents.

Donnie was a truck driver for Scott Heller Trucking in Kansas City, MO for several years. He was a member of the Teamsters Local Union #541. He was a member of the St. Johns CME Church in Richmond.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 7:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in the Richmond Memory Gardens Cemetery.
