DONALD STANLEY "DONNIE" LANA

Donald Stanley "Donnie" Lana, 75, of Richmond, MO died Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Donnie was born on February 1, 1938 in Kansas City, KS to Stanley and Emma (Reeder) Lana. He married Catherine S. Bryant of Richmond, MO on February 20, 1958; she survives of the home.
Additional survivors include 1 daughter, Gina Erickson of Richmond, MO; 3 sisters and brothers-in-law, Peggy and Duncan McGregor of Orrick, MO, Shirley and Darrell Brewer of Excelsior Springs, MO and Sandra Teegarden of Excelsior Springs, MO; 1 grandchild, Brianna Erickson; and 3 great-grandchildren, Alianna, Breyden and Tristin Erickson.
In addition to his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jack Lana and Bobby Lana; and 2 sisters, Mary Lou Moyer and Betty Ann Maiden.
Donnie worked at Ford Motor Company as an assembler for 32 years before retiring in 1996. He was a member of the U.A.W. Union Local #249. He was of the Christian faith. Donnie lived in Richmond most of his life.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Crossroads Hospice.
