DONNA ELAINE CHADWICK

Donna Elaine Chadwick, 64, of Richmond, Mo, died on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, Mo.

Donna was born on January 17, 1952 in Excelsior Springs, Mo to Hobert and Betty (Fields) Bagley. She married Everett Eugene "Gene" Chadwick of Olathe, Ks on August 4, 1979. He preceded her in death on November 5, 2015.

Survivors include, 2 daughters, Angela Luman of Richmond, Mo, Jennifer Chadwick of Richmond, Mo, 2 brothers, Glen Bagley and his wife, Debra of Lexington, Mo, Jack Bagley of Lexington, Mo and four grandchildren, Autumn Mueller, Abbie Chadwick, Annie Chadwick and Tabby Miller. Donna is also survived by a step-son, Roger Audrey of Cleveland, Mo and a son, Jeffrey Wood of Yuma, Az.

In addition to her parents and husband, Donna was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Kristine Williams and her twin brother, Larry Bagley.

Donna was a patient account specialist at St. Luke's Hospital. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved to read and spend time with her family. She was of the Christian faith. Donna had lived in Richmond most of her life.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the New Beginnings Church in Richmond. Inurnment will be held at a later date. On line condolences may be left on our website at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com.
