DONNA RUTH SWARTZLANDER

Donna Ruth Swartzlander, 75, of Richmond, MO died Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at her home.
Donna was born on September 17, 1938 in Kansas City, MO to George Burt and Ruby Arlene (Parrish) Goins.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Dana Ranette and her husband, Art Bowles of Sunland, CA, Kim Lee McCoy and her husband, Michael of Lexington, MO and Jeri Dawn Mickle and her husband, Robert of Excelsior Springs, MO; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Deb Goins of Independence, MO and Dale and Lillieann Goins of East View, KY; two sisters and brother-in-law, Billie Jean and Raymond King of Hardin, MO and Sharon Sue Railey of Henrietta, MO ; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by one daughter, Mona Yvette Stroud; two brothers, George and George Goins; and one sister, Arvalee Joyce Wolfe.
Donna was a retired retail sales clerk. She was a member of the Christian Fellowship Ministries in Richmond. She had lived in California before moving to Richmond in 1981.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Donor's Choice.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Christian Fellowship Ministries Church in Richmond, MO. Inurnment will be at a later date. On line condolences may be left on our website at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com
