LOUISE COOKEROW

Louise Cookerow, 70, of Richmond, MO died Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at North Care Hospice House in North Kansas City, MO.
Louise was born on February 19, 1942 in Kansas City, MO to Calvin James and Martha Elizabeth (Holcomb) White. She married Darryl M. Cookerow of Colton, CA on June 29, 1992; he survives of the home.
Additional survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, David and Susan Woodard of Fontana, CA; one daughter, Deborah Weaver of Jefferson City, MO; four grandchildren, Robert Weaver, Larry Weaver, Jr., Anthony Woodard and Valarie Woodard; and two sisters, Cathy Moody of Anchorage, AK and Joyce Feddresen of Lansing, MI.
Louise was a homemaker. She had lived in Rialto, CA and Colton, CA before moving to Richmond in 2004. She was a member of the Messenger Chapel Pentecostal Church of God and enjoyed singing at the church. She loved cats and enjoyed cooking.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made either to the Messenger Chapel Pentecostal Church of God or to Feed the Children.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in the Woodland Cemetery in Richmond.
