ELAINE E. LAVATURE

Elaine E. Lavature, 86, of Liberty, MO died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at her home.
Elaine was born on April 23, 1927 in Siskiyou, CA to Charles Augustus and Mary Susanna (Hathaway) Pitts. She married Allen R. Lavature of Caledonia, VT on August 28, 1968; he survives of the home.
Additional survivors include 5 children; 5 siblings; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Elaine was a homemaker. She was of the Christian faith.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in North Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be Friday, February 7, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the church. A meal will be provided at 5:00 p.m. at the church. Inurnment will be at a later date.
