EVA LOU (REPINE) RODENBERG

Eva Lou (Repine) Rodenberg, 81, of Norborne, MO passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Eva Lou was born on March 26, 1930 to Faiel and Jennie (Daugherty) Repine in Carroll County, MO.
Eva Lou attended Pleasant Valley Grade School and graduated from Norborne High School in 1948. On April 14, 1949, Eva married James E. Rodenberg in Norborne, MO. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2000. She was a homemaker and raised 11 children and 2 nieces, a babysitter for 28 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Norborne, MO.
Eva is survived by six sons, James (Lora) Rodenberg of Parkville, MO, Gary (Kathy) Rodenberg of St. Louis, MO, Thomas (Kathy) Rodenberg of Blue Springs, MO, Gilbert (Diana) Rodenberg of Kearney, MO, Norman (Susan) Rodenberg of Richmond, MO and Bryan (Helen) Rodenberg of Concordia, MO; four daughters, Leanna (Dan) Heil of Norborne, MO, Pamela Rodenberg of Kansas City, MO, Kimberly (Steve) Anderson of Liberty, MO and Shellie Moentmann of Columbia, MO; one niece, Donna (James) Sanborn of Emporia, KS; two sisters, Jane Repine and Sue Repine both of Carrollton, MO; one brother-in-law, Paul Buck of Liberty, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
Eva was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Rodenberg, one niece, Becky Repine, her parents, three brothers and two sisters.
She was a lifelong Carroll County resident.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church in Norborne.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Norborne. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Norborne. Burial will be in the Fairhaven Cemetery in Norborne.
