FERN LOUISE BAUCOM
Fern L. Baucom, 83, of Norborne, MO died at 3:41 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2012 at the North Care Hospice House in North Kansas City, MO.
Fern was born on January 3, 1929 in Kansas City, MO, to Mabel Cline. She married Clarence O. Baucom in 1985. He preceded her in death on August 8, 1995.
Survivors include; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Mary Watson of San Antonio, TX, two daughters and one son-in-law, Peggy Gan of the home, Kathy and Don McNelly of Norborne, MO, 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by 2 step-sons and their spouses, Robert and Kim Baucom of Liberty, MO, Clarence and Shirley Baucom of Independence, MO.
In addition to her parents and husband, Fern was preceded in death by one brother, James Cline and one sister, Lucille Cline.
Fern was a homemaker. She was a Catholic. She had lived in Portland, OR before moving to Norborne in 1985.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the family's choice.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Norborne, MO. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Norborne. Burial will be in the Fairhaven Cemetery in Norborne.
