FLORENCE K. BROCK

Florence K. Brock, 88, of Lawson, MO, died at 9:20 p.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at the Valley Manor and Rehab Center, Excelsior Springs, MO.
Mrs. Brock was born February 5, 1921 in Camden, MO to John and Susie (Butler) Ashby. She married Wade Oliver Brock of Richmond on May 11, 1940; he preceded her in death on November 19, 1980.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Royce and Venette Brock of Lawson; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one daughter, Janetta Branstietter; two brothers; and three sisters.
Mrs. Brock was of the Christian faith. She lived most of her life in Lawson. She was a member of the O.E.S.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 12, at 2:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO. Burial will be at Richmond Memory Gardens, Richmond, MO. Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO is in charge of the arrangements.
