FRANCES ROBINSON

Frances Robinson, 97, of Gladstone, Mo. died on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at the New Mark Care Center in Kansas City, Mo.

Frances was born on August 25, 1917 in Ray County, Mo to Charles W. and Ethel Mae (Kincaid) Harper. She married Charles J. Robinson of Richmond, Mo on November 10, 1948. He preceded her in death on December 22, 1999.

Survivors include; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles William "Bill" and Merilee Robinson of Gladstone, Mo, two grandsons, Samuel Jesse Robinson and his wife, Alisha, and Jeffrey Scott Robinson.

In addition to her parents and husband, Frances was preceded in death by a son, Charles J. Robinson, Jr., who died in infancy.

Frances was a homemaker. She was a member of the North Cross United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had lived in Columbia, Mo, before moving to the Kansas City area.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in the Knoxville Cemetery, north of Richmond.
