Francis "Jean" Hurst, 91, of Richmond, died Sunday, December 20, 2020, at her home.
Jean was born on December 17, 1929, in Richmond, the daughter of David William and Nellie (Heath) Blair.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, William Timothy Hurst, brother, Charles Heath, and sisters, Verna Blair and Vera Blair.
