FRIEDA MARIE MOYER

Frieda Marie Moyer, 85, of Richmond, MO died on Monday, February 21, 2011 at the Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation in Richmond.
Frieda was born on August 22, 1925 in Norborne, MO to Charles and Stella K. (Schroeder) Kugler. She married Woodrow A. Moyer of Stet, MO on August 4, 1946; he preceded her in death in March of 1976.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, David (Laura) Moyer of Richmond; two daughters and one son-in-law, Janice Deming of Richmond and Rita ( Keith) Calvert of Richmond; 7 grandchildren and their spouses, Landon (Rachel) Calvert, Damon Calvert, Kyle Moyer, Nathan (Erin) Moyer, Cheslea (Kyle) Newham, Jessica (Trent) McGaugh and Hillary (Steven) Demint; 11 great-grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, Frieda was preceded in death by one brother, Howard Kugler; and one sister, Carella Kugler who died in infancy.
Frieda was a member of the Richmond United Methodist Church. She had lived in the Richmond area most of her life. Frieda was a 1943 graduate of Stet High School. She was a CNA for the Ray County Memorial Hospital for 20 years along with being a large part of the Moyer's fruit stand north of Richmond.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Donor's Choice.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Richmond United Methodist Church in Richmond. Visitation will be Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Richmond United Methodist Church in Richmond. Burial will be in the Richmond Memory Gardens Cemetery in Richmond. Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond is in charge of the arrangements.
