GARY R. WILSON

Gary Raymond Wilson, 66, of Richmond, MO, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 25, 2010, at his residence.
Gary was born August 7, 1944 in Carrollton, MO to Robert McGraw and Betty Jeanne (Wilson) Ford.
Survivors include one daughter, Chamayn Middleton and her husband, Terry of Lee's Summit, MO; one granddaughter, Brogan Smithey also of Lee's Summit; one sister and brother-in-law, Gale McCarter and her husband, Jerry of Richmond; and two half brothers, Wayne and Greg Strider.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents.
Gary had lived most of his life in the Hardin & Richmond, MO area. Gary worked many years for Holiday Sand & Gravel on a dredging crew on the Missouri River, where he retired from. Gary was a familiar face at Calvert Tire in Richmond where he had worked for the past several years. He had also been a member of the Missouri National Guard.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Gary R. Wilson memorial fund.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 10:30 a.m., at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Inurnment will be at a later date by the family. Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond, MO is in charge of the arrangements.
