HELEN E. BAKER

Helen E. Baker, 91, of Mosby, MO died Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at her home.

Helen was born on December 19, 1923 in Craig, MO. She married Wilbur "Verne" Baker of Champaign, IL on August 7, 1966. He preceded her in death on June 13, 2006.

Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Billy and Won Price of Glendale, AZ and Dennis Price of Mosby, MO; one daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Dale Kinkel of Rogers, AR; one sister; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren also survive.

In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.

Helen was an owner and operator of Inn and Out Restaurant in Excelsior Springs, MO and the Helens Café Lone Star Lake in Mosby. She was of the Baptist faith. She had lived in Mosby since 1976.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the Old Mt. Zion Cemetery in east of Liberty, MO. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. On line condolences may be left on our website at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com
