Homer Gene Lugenbeel, Jr. a resident of Orrick passed away at his home on September 2, 2026, at the age of 66. Homer was born on October 13, 1959, in Richmond, the son of Homer Gene and Nellie (Heath) Lugenbeel, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Silkwood Lugenbeel; mother, Nellie Lugenbeel; father, Homer G Lugenbeel, Sr.; two brothers, Tom and Tommy Lugenbeel; sister, Jackie Smith, sister-in-law, Bebra (Christopher) Arnett. He is also survived by numerous other family and friends.
