Isabelle Mae Sears, 23, of Excelsior Springs, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Isabelle was born on May 1, 2001, in Kansas City, the daughter of Trice James and Rebecca Jean (Miller) Sears.

Survivors include: her parents, of the home; brother, Logan Christopher Schreier of Excelsior Springs; paternal grandparents, Mike and Trudy Stock of Excelsior Springs; maternal grandmother, Debbie Flexter of Richmond; maternal grandfather, Danny and Becky Miller of Excelsior Springs; two aunts, Amber (Mike) Alley of Holt and Melissa Miller (Charlie Norris) of Richmond; cousin, Hannah Norris of Richmond; and her beloved animals: Dodge Michael, Candy Lou, Sticky Bun, Benny, Little Baby, and Turbo.

Isabelle was raised and educated in Excelsior Springs and graduated from the Excelsior Springs High School in the class of 2019.  She was attending Maple Woods Community College to become a Veterinary Technician.  Isabelle worked at the Veterinary Center of Liberty and Vintage Plaza Veterinary Hospital of Excelsior Springs.  She had a huge passion and love for all animals.  Isabelle was a kind, sweet, loving, and caring young woman; she was selfless and put everyone before herself.  She never complained about her situation, or her pain and she always had a smile through it all.  Her comfort was to make other people happy, and she was always making everyone laugh; she had a wonderful sense of humor.  Isabelle will be dearly missed by her family and friends.  May she rest in eternal peace.
