Annette was born January 13, 1951 to parents L.B. and Reva Wright, and sister Lynne. She was a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia and a long- standing member of Fairlington United Methodist Church. She was the first woman to usher at Fairlington. She graduated from Roanoke College and The George Washington University, obtaining Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration. Loving music, Annette played the piano, organ, guitar, and trombone. Her favorite place was the family farm in Hardin, MO. Though suffering a stroke in 1997, Annette lived her life with enthusiasm.
