JACOB D. LUNA

Jacob D. Luna, 31, of Richmond, MO, died Thursday, June 17, 2010 at his home.
Jacob was born May 8, 1979 in Kansas City, MO to Carol Jean Snyder. He married Meagan E. O'Neal of Kansas City on February 14, 2009; she survives, of the home.
Other survivors include his mother, Carol Leonard of Gladstone, MO; two sons, Ryan A. O'Neal and Onyx X. Luna of the home; two daughters, Roxy N. O'Neal and Zoey M. Luna of the home; one brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Brande Luna of Kansas City; one sister and brother-in-law, Carmen and Michael Whitaker of Kansas City; his paternal grandmother, Lois Luna of Independence, MO; and his maternal grandfather, Paul Eiken of Independence.
Jacob was a truck driver. He was a member of the Teamster's Union Local #541. He lived most of his life in the Gladstone area before moving to Richmond in 2007.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Jacob D. Luna Memorial Fund.

Memorial services will be held Monday, June 21, at 7:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO. Visitation will be Monday, June 21, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO. Inurnment will be at a later date. Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO is in charge of the arrangements.
