JAMES LEE "JIM" FITCH

James Lee "Jim" Fitch, 85, of Richmond, MO died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, surrounded by his loving family.
Jim was born on August 26, 1928 in Kansas City, MO to Lee McCall and Nell (Kincaid) Fitch.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Tracy Fitch of Richmond; and two granddaughters, Shelby Dawn Parker and Emily Ann Fitch.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents.
Jim was a foreman at Lake City for 40 years before retiring in 1990. He was a United States Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He graduated from Richmond High School. He was of the Christian faith. Jim was a Richmond volunteer Fireman. He had lived most of his life in the Richmond area.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Shirkey's Hospice.

Memorial graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sunny Slope Cemetery in Richmond where military honors will be provided by the Ray County Veterans.
