JOSEPH E. JORDAN

Joseph E. Jordan, 44, of Camden, MO died on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 12:03 a.m. at the Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond, MO.
Joe was born on March 6, 1967 in Marshall, MO to Harold O. Jordan, Sr. and Gladys Reynolds. He married Victoria C. Lane of Orrick, MO on June 28, 1986; she survives of the home.
Additional survivors include his mother, Gladys Jordan and loved one, Gene Cott of Gilliam, MO; one son, Austin Lee Jordan of the home; two daughters, Katrina Colleen Jordan and Victoria Lane Jordan also of the home; two brothers and sisters in-laws, Harold O. and Joyce Jordan, Jr. of Kansas City, MO and Terry and Jenny Jordan of Slater, MO; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Carol Crank of Clinton, MO, Penny Wolfe and loved one, James Wright of Slater, MO and Brenda and Hank Monroe of Kansas City, MO.
Joe was preceded in death by his father.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
Joe was an assembler for Ford Motor Company for the last 4 years. Prior to that, he was in the box business for 15 years. He was a member of the U.A.W. union local #249.
He was of the Christian faith. He had lived in the Camden area most of his life. Joe loved working on cars, hunting, mudding and spending time with his family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Inurnment will be at a later date by the family. Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond is in charge of the arrangements.
