Joseph K Frazier, 83, of Paducah, KY, formally of Rayville, passed away Monday, February 10, 2025, in Paducah.

Joseph was born on July 7, 1941, in Kansas City, the son of David and Hazel (Hill) Frazier.  He was united in marriage to Donna Clevenger on November 18, 1972; she preceded him in death on June 21, 2015.

Joseph is survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Herb (Louise) Clevenger and Lois (Kent) Wheeler and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and infant son, David Jospeh Frazier.

Joseph spent most of his life in the Rayville area, where he was raised, and later graduated from Richmond High School in 1959.  He dedicated his career to serving the community, working for the highway department in Ray County until his retirement.  An avid outdoorsman, Joseph found great joy in hunting and fishing.  He was of the Christian faith and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
