Judith Lee Bussell, 60, of Richmond, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at her grandson's home in Hardin.

Judith was born on December 19, 1962, in Kansas City, the daughter of David Roger and Joyce Lee (Colter) Sullivan.

Survivors include: two sons, Paul (Samantha) Bussell of Independence and Timothy (Tanya Obanion) Bussell of Oak Grove; daughter, Laurie Ann Baugher; five grandchildren, Dillan(Audrie Ahrens)Baugher, Colby Baugher, Hayley Baugher, Chase Jones, and Elaina Bussell; special aunt, Phyllis Winfrey and several nieces and nephew also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Gloria Smith, and son-in-law, David Wayne Baugher.

Judith was reared and educated in Kansas City. She was a housewife and homemaker, she enjoyed the outdoors, she enjoyed raising her chickens. She was the matriarch of the family.
