KATHERINE MARIE (RINKENBAUGH) NEFF

Katherine Marie (Rinkenbaugh) Neff, 72, of Plantersville, TX died November 21, 2016 at North Cypress Medical Center in Cypress, TX.
Katherine was born in Excelsior Springs, MO on August 31, 1944. She graduated from Richmond High School in 1963 and married high school sweetheart Paul Alan Neff in 1964. They lived in the Kansas City, MO area until they moved to Plantersville, TX in 1975.
Survivors include; two sisters, Janny Nelson, and Glenda Smith of Warrensburg, MO; one brother John Rinkenbaugh of Camden, MO; daughter Stacy Yorek of Navasota, TX; son, Bret Neff of Plantersville, TX; and 4 granddaughters, Averi Yorek, Mackenzie, Kendall, and Bailey Neff.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Alan Neff in 1989, her father Roland Rinkenbaugh in 1995, and her mother Virginia J. Rinkenbaugh in 2009.
Katy was an artist and an avid racing enthusiast involved in motorsports until Parkinson's disease prevented further involvement in 2007.
