Lura Renea Goodall, 47, of Maryville, formerly of Richmond, died Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at North Kansas City Hospital.

Lura was born on November 19, 1970, to Gilbert Monroe "Gib" and Donna Darlene (Smith) Hughes.  She was united in marriage to Clifford "C.E." Goodall of Henrietta on August 27, 1988.  He survives of the home.

Additional survivors include: two sons: Derek Goodall of the home and Damon Goodall (Amber Green) of Blue Springs; one daughter: Dalane Goodall (Ronnie Slagle) of the home; two brothers: Dean (Laurie) Rogers of Richmond and Steve (Theresa) Rogers of Richmond; one grandson Jace Tyler Goodall and one granddaughter on the way, Adalyn Renea Goodall; and her mother-in-law Pat Goodall of Gravois Mills.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, one half-brother Randy Hughes, and her father-in-law Harold Leonard Goodall.

Lura was reared in Henrietta and educated in Richmond.  She went on to get her Bachelor's Degree in psychology and was close to getting her Master's.  Lura lived in Richmond until she moved to Maryville in 2010.  She loved her grandson and spent every second she could with him.  Lura also enjoyed spending time with her family and the outdoors.  She loved her dogs, especially Chantel her 18 year old wiener dog.  Lura was of the Christian faith and will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Susan B. Coleman Breast Cancer Awareness Fund.  They can be dropped off or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 East Main Street - P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO 64085.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018, from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond, with funeral services to start at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Richmond Memory Gardens.  Please share your memories with the family of Lura by visiting www.thurmanfuneralhome.com .
