Lydia Pearl Ann (Wilson) Gearing 55, a resident of Macon died on Friday, August 27, 2021 at the University of Missouri Medical Center in Columbia.

Lydia was born on December 11, 1965 to Russel Wilson and Anetia Marie Stafford. She married Craig Gearing of Macomb, IL on November 17, 2010, he survives of the home.

Additional survivors include son, Christopher James Smart (Karren) of St. Louis; daughter, Nicole Jean Bough (Thomas) of Blandinsville, IL; step-son, Jacob Emmit Gearing of Bushnell, IL; step-daughter, Lacey Dawn Gearing (Jordan) of Colchester, IL.; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Lydia was reared and educated in Wichita, KS. She loved being a mother and was a great grandmother. She loved to paint and loved the outdoors.
