MARALEE DAWN (GOODIN) WALKER
Maralee Dawn Walker, 36, of Independence, MO and formerly of Lexington and Carrollton, MO died at 8:05 a.m. on Monday, July 18, 2011 at her home in Independence.
Maralee was born on March 30, 1975 in Independence to F. Louis Goodin and Debra (Ford) Goodin. She married Damon Walker of Kansas City, MO on February 23, 2008; he survives of the home.
Survivors include her parents, Lou and Jenni Goodin of Richmond, MO and Debra J. (Ford) Goodin of Carrollton, MO; son, Brandon K. Winfrey of Dubuque, IA; two daughters, Brittani LeeAnn Smith of Fayetteville, SC and Kristine Dawn Bolton of the home; three brothers, Michael Louis Goodin of Oak Grove, MO, J. Chad Goodin of Higginsville, MO and Jesse Mathew Hack of Richmond, MO; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survives.
Maralee was a homemaker. She was a member of the Virginia Street Baptist Church in Carrollton. She was a 1993 graduate from Carrollton, MO.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Maralee Dawn Walker Memorial Fund.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, July 25, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Virginia Street Baptist Church in Carrollton, MO. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 25, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Virginia Street Baptist Church in Carrollton. Inurnment will be at a later date.
