MARCIA JANE EASTEP

Marcia Jane Eastep, 71, of Richmond, MO, died on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at North Care Hospice House, North Kansas City, MO.

Jane was born on November 28, 1944 at Plattsburg, Mo.   She married Kenneth Virgil Eastep of Athens, AL on November 26, 1960; he preceded her in death on March 5th of this year.

Survivors include: 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Joni and Jeff Goodman of Liberty, Mo, Traci and Michael Scheible of Liberty, Mo and Kenna and Lance O'Sullivan of Rayville, Mo; 5 grandchildren, Evin Goodman, Olivia Scheible, Isaac O'Sullivan, Riley O'Sullivan and Lukas O'Sullivan; 2 step-grandchildren, Brock Goodman and his wife Sarah and Tyler O'Sullivan; one brother, Roger Richie and his wife, Rhonda of Hamilton, Mo; three sisters, Sue Green and her husband, Larry, Kathy Buchanan and her husband, Bob, and Terry Keen and her husband Jimmy, all of Richmond;  two sisters-in-law also survive, Betty Eastep of Washington State and Edith Eastep of Louisburg, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.  Jane was a homemaker.  She was of the Christian faith.  Jane was a lifelong Ray County resident.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond.  Burial will be in Richmond Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Online condolences may be left at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com.
