MARION W. CLARK

Marion W. Clark, 82, of Orrick, MO, died at 1:48 a.m. on Monday, May 24, 2010 at the Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, MO.
Marion was born on February 1, 1928 in Kansas City, MO to Paul and Blanche (Riffe) Williams. She married Jack L. Clark of Kansas City, MO on May 14, 1949: he preceded her in death on July 29, 2007.
Survivors include; two sons and two daughters-in-law, Scott and Cheri Clark of Orrick, and Randy and Vicki Clark of San Jose, CA; one daughter and son-in-law, Paula and David Owen of Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; ten grandchildren, Cari and Brandon Wegge, Christopher and Jennifer Clark, Barron and Kristy Clark, Lexi Clark, David Owen, Steven Owen and Hollyn Owen; and two great-granddaughters, Annabelle Clark and Avery Jane Clark.
Marion was a homemaker. She was a member of the Orrick Christian Church. She was a member of two Orrick Bridge Clubs, the S.P.C.A. and Humane Society. She was a 1948 graduate of William Woods College. She had been a member of the Liberty Hospital Auxiliary for several years. She was a former board member of the Bank of Orrick. She had lived most of her life in Orrick, MO.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Ray County Humane Society.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Orrick Christian Church, Orrick, MO. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 28, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond, MO. Burial will be in South Point Cemetery, Orrick, MO.
