MARY ALICE ARMILIO

Mary Alice Armilio, 81, of Richmond, MO died at 2:40 a.m. on Friday, May 20, 2011 at her home.
Mary was born on November 17, 1929 in Jacksonville, TX to Cecil and Alice (Webb) Etheridge. She married Angelo "Tony" Armilio of Kansas City, MO on November 6, 1949; he preceded her in death on September 1, 1981.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Larry Lindsey of Richmond and Mike and Delores Armilio of Kansas City, MO; two daughters and sons-in-law, Anne and Bill Cardwell of Liberty, MO and Susie and Bill Misenhelter of Richmond; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, J.D. and Ivelea Etheridge of Sand Springs, OK, Bill and Dixie Etheridge of Green Forest, AR and Cecil "Buster" Etheridge of Austin, TX; 11 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Mary was co-owner and operator of Tony and Mary's Cafeteria in Richmond from 1973 to 1982 and owner and operator of Mary's Kitchen from 1989 to 2000. She was of the Christian faith. She worked in the Dietary Department as a cook at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond for 11 years. She had lived in Richmond since 1974.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Crossroads Hospice.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 23, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. till service time. Burial will in the Richmond Memory Gardens. Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond is in charge of the arrangements.
