MATTHEW THOMAS SCHWARZ

Matthew Thomas Schwarz, 39, of St. Joseph formerly of Richmond area, died Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph.

Matthew was born on October 29, 1981, in Batavia, New York, the son of Timothy Charles and Rhonda (Eastley) Schwarz.

Survivors include: his father of Richmond; son, Elijah Schwarz of Richmond; two daughters, Kelsey Schwarz and Madison Schwarz both of Richmond; five brothers, Jamie Windsor of Liberty, Bryan Coleman of Excelsior Springs, Jeffery Coleman of Richmond, Timothy Schwarz of Drexel, and James Schwarz of Richmond; five sisters, Jessica Haen of Wellington, Nicole Schwarz of Richmond, Christen Lagamba and Tammy Lagamba both of Niagara Falls, Lea Falcone of Friendship, New York.

He was preceded in death by his mother his son, Dayton Schwarz and sister, Shawana Falcone.

Matthew enjoyed fishing, hanging out with his family, strawberry milkshakes, working on cars, and spending time at his dad's farm.
