Melissa Ann Hufford, lovingly known by many as Momo, 46, of Richmond, MO, passed away on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026.

Born on December 12th, 1979, in Richmond, MO.

Melissa Ann lived a life marked by love, kindness, and dedication to family and friends. She was known for her love for her girls, grandson, Oaklee, and her many adopted nieces and nephews. She was an amazing daughter, mother, friend, sister, and niece.

Melissa Ann is survived by her father, Dale Hufford; brother, Dale Wayne Hufford; daughters, Amaya Maddox (London) and Danica Hufford; grandson, Oaklee; aunts: Peggy Brubeck, Gloria Cunningham, Linda Jobe (Ken), and Mary Hocking; uncles: Larry Danner, Lucien Hocking (Lori), Terry Hufford (Debrah), Kenneth Hufford, and Richie (Sharon) Hocking; as well as many cousins and adopted nieces and nephews.

Melissa Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Ann Hufford, brother, baby boy Hufford, Grandpa Cunningham, Nannie Cunningham, uncle, Jackie Cunningham, aunt, Suzie Danner, and two uncles, Roland Brubeck and Jimmy Hufford.

Though deeply missed, Melissa Ann's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
