Minnie was a CMT at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond for 28 years. She was of the Catholic faith. She lived in Richmond most of her life. Minnie was first and foremost a mother with a true servant's heart. Her selfless devotion to her family knew no limits. Once a kid or grandkid always a kid or grandkid of Minnie. This was from her belief that children were a gift from God and so should be treasured. Likewise she valued the elderly residents of Richmond who she cared for at Shirkey's as if they too were her family.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the residence fund at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.
