MITCHEL ROBERT KORFF

Mitchel Robert Korff, 24, of Miami, OK and formerly of Norborne, MO died Monday, February 18, 2013 at his residence.
Mitch was born on September 14, 1988 in North Kansas City, MO to Robert John Korff and Susan Canarsky.
Mitch was a 2007 graduate of Norborne High School and a 2008 graduate of Tulsa Welding School. Mitch was working construction as a pipe line welder for TCCI Construction Company in Tulsa, OK. He had lived most of his life in Norborne except when he was traveling with his welding career. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Norborne, Missouri Farm Bureau and the National Rifle Association. Mitch loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Mitch leaves behind his fiancé, Stevie Richards and an unborn child of Dover, OK; his parents, Rob and Gay Lynn Korff of Norborne; one brother, Logan Korff of the home; one sister, Jenna Korff of the home; paternal grandparents, Nana and Grandpa, Tim and Rosy Korff of Norborne; maternal great-grandmother, Ma Ma, Janearl Francis of Norborne; aunt and uncle, Angie and Allen McDowell of Norborne; Step-grandparents, Gary and Marilyn McCollough of Kansas City, MO; step-aunt and step-uncle, Chris and Shari Albright of Kansas City and their children, Quinton and Mackenzie of Kansas City; his mother, Susan Rhody of Chilhowee, MO; and numerous other family and friends that all loved him and miss him very much.
Mitch was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Larry and Barb Canarsky; and paternal great-grandfather, John Francis, Jr.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Norborne F.F.A. Chapter.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Norborne. Visitation will be Saturday, February 23, 2013 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Fairhaven Cemetery in Norborne.
