NADINE D. BRANSON

Nadine D. Branson, 92, of Richmond, MO, died at 4:05 p.m., Monday, May 3, 2010, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.
Mrs. Branson was born June 26, 1917 in Lexington, MO to Allen Gardner and Alta Ella (Jones) Robinson. She married Leroy Branson of Hardin, MO on August 10, 1935; he preceded her in death on April 28, 1979.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Leamon Johnson of Richmond; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kim A. and Karen Branson of Richmond and Kirk and Clare Branson of Richmond; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, Reed Allen Branson, who died in infancy; and two sisters, Lucille Evans and Alta Fenner.
Mrs. Branson was a homemaker. She ran a day care out of her home for several years. She moved to Richmond in 1956. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Israel.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Keith Worthington Chapter of A.L.S.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 7, at 10:00 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO. Visitation will be Thursday, May 6, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO. Burial will be at Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington, MO. Thurman Funeral Home, Richmond, MO is in charge of the arrangements.
