NORMAN BARBER

Norman Barber, 72, of Carrollton, MO died at 10:05 p.m. on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at his home.
Norman was born on May 20, 1938 in Hartman, Arkansas to Robert Roy and Stella A. (Griffin) Barber.
Survivors include two daughters, Patty Burns and Bonnie Fields of Norborne, MO; one brother, Larry "Junior" Barber of Blackburn, MO; five sisters, Phyllis Acord of Marshall, MO, Rita Arndt of Otterville, MO, Wanda Burns of Aurora, MO, Bonnie Burris of Lakeville, TN and Gurence Dollins of Carrollton.
In addition to his parents, Norman was preceded in death by four brothers; and three sisters.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Norman Barber memorial fund.
Norman had lived in the Essex MO and Carrollton area most of his life. He was a farm hand. He was of the Christian faith.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 4, 2011 at Carroll Memory Gardens in Carrollton, MO. Thurman Funeral Home in Norborne, MO is in charge of the arrangements.
