PAUL D. "MOOSE" COVEY

Paul D. Covey, 54, of Camden, MO died Wednesday, December 12, 2012 near Camden.
Paul was born on August 24, 1958 to Paul W. and Geneva B. (Marrs) Covey.
Survivors include three brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Karen Covey of Camden, Charles Covey of Camden and William and Dorothy Covey of Liberty, MO; two sisters and brother-in-law, Verna Lee Wilson of Belton, MO and Marshiela and Edwin Shelton of Excelsior Springs, MO; several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Covey; and one brother-in-law, Wayne Wilson.
Paul was a 1976 graduate of Richmond High School. Paul worked as a farmhand since graduating from high school, first for J.E. Seward, then Stoenner Farms, and currently Vandiver Farms for a total of over forty years.
He was a member of the Camden Baptist Church. He was a lifelong Camden resident.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Paul D. Covey Memorial Fund.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Todd's Chapel Cemetery west of Richmond.
