Survivors include: son, Jim (Phyllis) Rash of Lee's Summit; three daughters: Cheryl (Ronnie) Karl of Richmond, Patty (Wade) Ruopp of Marshalltown, IA, and Sandy (Jeff) Warnell of Conrad, IA; 17 grandchildren: Stacy (Dave) Schnapf, Michael (Amy) Rash, Sarah Rash, Amy (Dustyn) Dame, Lauren (Frank) Ruester, Jacob (Erica) Rash, Caitlin (Tandy) Hall, Jeana Ruopp, Brandy (Sean) Buell, Genessa (Zach) Ridout, Katie Warnell, Quincy (Eli) Mullen, Mackenzie (Jordan) Doud, Bailey Nash, Ronnie Karl, Ryan Karl, and Whitney Karl; 29 great-grandchildren with 2 on-the-way; and daughter-in-law, Marie Rash of Clinton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael Eugene Rash, brother, Perry Rankin, and grandson, Brandon Ruopp.

Pauline was a devout Christian and was a member of the Richmond Assembly of God Church.  She loved playing the piano and being on the God Squad.  Pauline was a very sociable person and cared dearly about her family, especially her grandkids.  She always kept in touch with her family, even her extended family.  Her favorite phrase to use was, "whatevuh."  Pauline appreciated receiving cards from those dear to her.  She wished she could have returned to Maine to visit her extended family and friends, smell the sea air, and to see the lighthouses.  Pauline will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Richmond Assembly of God Church.  They can be left at or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 East Main Street-P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO 64085.

Visitation with funeral services will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024, at Richmond Assembly of God Church, with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M., with services to follow at 11:00 A.M.  Interment will be in Cravens Cemetery, Camden.  Please remember to share your memories of Pauline with the family by visiting www.thurmanfuneralhome.com.
