PEARL ELIZABETH ALLRED

Pearl Elizabeth Allred, 66, of Richmond, MO died Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond, MO.

Pearl was born on August 20, 1949 in Braymer, Missouri to Benjamin and Cora Mae (McElwee) Lawson. She married Charles E. Allred of Richmond on December 22, 2001; he survives of the home.

Additional survivors include: her father, Benjamin Lawson of Richmond; two sons, David Shelton of Richmond and Jeff (Kathy) Kelly of Excelsior Springs, Mo; one daughter Tammy O'Leary of Liberty, Mo; one sister, Beverly(Raymond) Burk of Hardin, Mo; 5 grandchildren, Trevor Winkler, Dalton O'Leary, Kasey Kelly, Sarah O'Leary and Shawn O'Leary; and seven great grandchildren.

Pearl was preceded in death by her mother, an infant daughter, Crystal Lane Shelton, and one brother Jerry Lawson.

Pearl was a house wife and homemaker. She lived most of her life in the Richmond and Excelsior Springs Area. Pearl enjoyed quilting, sewing, and crocheting. She loved to get her hair and nails done. She was a loving and caring person who will be missed by all her family and friends.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

Funeral services will be at 11: 00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be from 10:00a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to services on Saturday. Interment will be in the Black Oak Cemetery, south of Braymer, Mo. On line condolences may be left to the family on our web site at www.thurmanfuneralhome.com.
