RAYMOND FLETCHER GULLEY

Raymond Fletcher Gulley, 90, of Kansas City, MO and formerly of Rayville, MO passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 at the North Care Hospice House in North Kansas City, MO.
Raymond was born on December 29, 1922 in Rayville, MO to William E. and Della Frances (McGray) Gulley. He married Flossie C. Brull of Wyandotte County, KS on October 12, 1941; she preceded him in death on March 28, 2006.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Gene Reuscher of Kansas City, MO; four grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren also survive.
In addition to his parents and wife, Raymond was preceded in death by one son, Raymond Lee Gulley; one daughter, Tinne R. Lair; one brother, Lee Gulley; and five sisters, Ethel Swafford, Ruth Willis, Elaine Gulley, Fay Goodman and Velma Hankins.
Raymond worked for T.W.A. as an airline mechanic before retiring. He was also a farmer. He was of the Christian faith. Raymond lived most of his life in the Rayville, MO area. Raymond served his country as a pilot in the army during WW II.


Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond, MO. Visitation will be Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond, MO. Burial will be in the Crowley Cemetery in Rayville, MO.
